Above the table the panel states its two headline figures: a serving size of one gummy, and thirty servings in the container. Everything in the table is per gummy, so what you read is what one chew delivers.
Calories come first at six. Then the fat block, three rows deep, and each row a zero. Then total carbohydrate at 2 g, with total sugars indented underneath it at 1.5 g — indented because sugars are part of the carbohydrate above them rather than an addition to it. The last row is the one that is not nutrition at all.
Apple cider vinegar, the weighed entry in Gelataro
250 mg, on its own line, with its own figure. That placement is what allows the amount to be checked: a blend line publishes one number covering several ingredients and keeps the division private, so nothing inside it can be compared with anything. A named entry carrying its own weight can be held against whatever else is on your shelf.
Its daily value column shows a double dagger instead of a percentage. That is the panel saying no reference intake has been established for apple cider vinegar — a fact about the reference tables, not about this jar.

They are printed in the order a batch is built. Cane sugar and glucose syrup are the sweetening base, and they are what the 1.5 g of total sugars on the panel is measuring. Water carries everything, and pectin is the gelling agent that turns the liquid into a gummy at all.
Citric acid and sodium citrate follow as a pair, because a pectin gel sets only inside a narrow band of acidity and the two of them hold it there: one supplies the acid, the other buffers it. Natural flavor and natural coloring finish the batch, and starch is dusted on so that thirty gummies come out of the jar as thirty rather than as one.
What is not printed on the Gelataro label
A proprietary blend. Every weighed entry shows its own weight, and everything else sits in the other ingredients line, where amounts are not declared by convention rather than by choice.
